Spring 2017: The Season of New

Hey everyone!

February was a very exciting month! There has been a whirlwind of God’s provision since I stepped down from leading worship part-time at Newbirth. I felt like God was saying that he would provide for me and all I needed to do is follow him. Now amidst the downpour of his provision, I just want to tell him thank you!

The new shirts are done! You can check out the progress here. These shirts are really awesome and we would like to thank our merchandise rep Mallory Bollinger for spending several days tie-dyeing these T-shirts for our busy weekend.

I have entered a contest sponsored by Century Link that I am currently in. I believe the contest is not popularity-based and Kelvin Jones, a recording artist who was found when a friend posted a YouTube video of him singing, will pick the winner. He wanted to share that opportunity with others so he teamed up with Century Link to select a talented artist to travel to London with him to sing together and record his single, ‘Call You Home’. The contest ends on March 17 and you can find the video on my Facebook pages and on YouTube here.

UPDATE: Starting today, the full-length version of ‘Call You Home’ was released and is available on SoundCloud. You can check it out here.

We plan on shipping off my mini-Press Kits for The Extreme Tour at the end of the month. For those of you who don’t know, there is a possibility that I will be playing around the United States and possibly worldwide as part of the Extreme Tour, a three month multi-city, multi-continental tour. Please continue to lift us up in prayer as our Press Kits go out to 25 willing industry reps this April!

We are starting a new promo for my new album, Is Anybody Listening? Song Spotlight will feature all 14 new songs from my new album dissecting and explaining why I wrote them, what instrumentation I used, and much more. These videos will be on Facebook and YouTube starting on April 3. Be sure and check them out!

Lastly, we have launched a new mailing list and we want you to be on it! As a perk, you will receive a Jermaine Bollinger compilation CD and the latest Jermaine Bollinger updates including when I release a new album, update, my blog, or add a show! Guys, if you are in the Southern Illinois area, you’ll have three opportunities to see me this weekend: I’ll bee at The View in Carbondale on March 3rd for our Night of Worship event with Chuck Williamson at 6pm. Saturday, March 4, we will be at the Carbondale Community High School Auditorium for a Gospel Jamboree fundraiser benefiting The Boys and Girls Club of Carbondale at 6pm, and on Sunday, March 5th we will be in Effingham at Cornerstone Christian Church leading worship and opening the service with a couple of my favorites including ‘Never Let Me Go’ from The Great Unknown and ‘My God, My King’ from Greater Than > starting at 8:15am. Make the trek out and see us at one of theses shows!
